Objectives

This course will provide you with an overview of all relevant aspects of aviation law and regulation required in the aviation industry and related partners/counterparts.

The course gives an overview of regulatory structure in international aviation, e.g. ICAO, EASA and National Aviation Authorities and the applicable aviation regulatory systems.

Using practical presentations, the  participants will be introduced to the applicable aviation regulations related to design, production, operation, continuing airworthiness and maintenance.

• Overview of ICAO and the applicable documents

• European regulatory framework 

• European commission regulations. EASA Parts and AMC/GMs

• Amendment system of the regulations - NPA/CRD

• National regulations
