The Air Ops Regulation Training 965/2012 provides all necessary information and support to Air Operators to understand and correctly apply the operational requirements of regulation (EU) No. 965/2012 including AMC & GM material.

The Air Operations requirements consist of the Implementing Regulation, related Annexes and the corresponding Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) and Guidance Material (GM) which are laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations.

 

This training is specifically focused on key personnel in Aviation Management, Flight Operations or any parties involved in or with responsibility for the implementation of (EU) 965/2012 and applicable revisions.

Objectives

Get familiar with the content of the revised (EU) 965/2012 Air Ops Regulations, and applicable updates, including content of Annex I to Annex VIII and the corresponding Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC)  and Guidance Material (GM).

 

The training also provides an overview of relevant sections of other regulations like Part FCL (1178/2011) and ‘interface’ with part M.

Participants will understand the regulation and gain awareness of how it can be practically and successfully implemented into their organisation.

  • ANNEX V Specific Approval (SPA) PBN, MNPS, LVO, RVSM, ETOPS, DG

  • ANNEX VI Non Commercial Air Ops with Complex Motor Powered Aircraft (NCC)

  • ANNEX VII Non Commercial Air Ops with Other than Complex Motor Powered Aircraft (NCO)

  • ANNEX VIII Specialised Operations (SPO)

  • Intro to 1178/2012 (Crew Licences)

Certification

Knowledge test will be performed at the end of the course.  Certificate will be issued after the course completion.
