Our Approach

Assessment of the overall SMS maturity and effectiveness with a dedicated evaluation tool through a series of maturity indicators based on ICAO Annex 19 and ICAO Safety Management Manual.

Review of each indicator to determine whether such indicator is "Present", "Suitable", "Operating", or "Effective" indicating therefore the maturity level of the company's SMS.

The review will be done through a combination of organisational visits, meetings, and desktop reviews.

Issuance of dedicated recommendations based on the assessment outcome for the development of a dedicated SMS development plan.
