​The Root Cause Analysis Training in Aviation will provide the participants with the necessary information, tools and techniques to efficiently manage, undertake and conduct effective Root Cause investigation and analysis.

​

The course provides instructions on problem-solving and related practical application including the evaluation and definition of containment, corrective and preventive actions. ​

​

It also allows the attendees, via examples throughout the course and dedicated work group activities, to familiarize and gain insights from practical cases (e.g. from occurrences and audit findings) on how to apply the different Root Cause Anaylsis and define the actions accordingly.

​

The learned methods and techniques will be usable under various Organizational Management System requirements (e.g. ICAO, FAA, EASA) as well as with industry compliance international programs (e.g. IATA IOSA Program etc.)

Tra training is developed for the aviation industry and in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations as well as with insight from standards of other leading industries.
