Organisations across the aviation industry are required to implement a Safety Management System.

 

This course provides an introduction to the SMS, based on the ICAO SMS Framework, EASA ORO.GEN.200, EASA Part CAMO and EASA Opinion N. 04/2020 for EASA Part 145 regulation, along with the extensive AviaQuality’s trainer’s experiences.

This course will provide the necessary tools and methodologies to support the identification of the organisational hazards, the evaluation and monitoring of the related risks and the identification of the necessary mitigations to ensure the effectiveness of the SMS.

 

The course reflects also progress on SMS frame based on industry experiences, including latest requirements regarding safety culture and the enhanced protection for safety data and safety information.

Objectives
