Our Approach
The gap-analysis will be conducted to ensure the identification of the necessary activities to be undertaken by the organization to close the gap between the current training set up and the new Evidence Based Training.
The results of this Analysis will form the foundation for the implementation plan required for Mixed-EBT implementation.
