The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program is an internationally recognized and accepted evaluation system designed to assess the operational management and control systems of an air operator.

​

All IATA members are IOSA registered and must remain registered to maintain IATA membership.

​

The IOSA is established on structured audit principles and methodologies and it is based on worldwide recognized and accepted standards and industry best practices.

 

This course will provide the trainees with all necessary knowledge, auditing tools and methodologies in order to acquire the required competence and preparation to achieve an IOSA registration.

​

The course is developed in accordance with the requirements and subject areas laid out in ISARP ORG 2.1.9 (former ORG 3.4.13), related Guidance Material, IOSA Auditor Handbook (IAH) Par. 3.3.7 and it is defined for the auditors assigned to conduct auditing against the ISARPs as specified in ORG 2.1.4 (former ORG 3.4.6).

Objectives

Target Group

This course is aimed at the Operator's auditors assigned to conduct auditing against the ISARPs as specified in ORG 3.4.6, to all airline personnel engaged in IOSA related activities and to all aviation professionals interested in to deepen their knowledge of the IOSA Program.

Certification

Knowledge test will be performed at the end of the course.  Certificate will be issued after the course completion.

The location has excellent transport connections located at a distance of 5 min from Zurich International Airport and SBB Airport Train Station.

Zurich Central Station/City Center is at a distance of approx. 9 km.

The A1 motorway junction and the Unterriet and Balsberg tram stations are right in the nearby. Parking spaces are available in the underground car park.
