Webinar
What’s new in Flight Ops
Professional Training and
in the KSA 100 area (CBTA and EBT)

On-line
21.04.2023

Description

In the early days of the aviation industry, the aircraft systems were normally not complex and relatively few. The traditional regulatory Trainings are rigid, inflexible and the "one size fits all" approach is no more adequate to complex generation aircraft.

The new CBTA (Competency Base Training and Assessment) provide pilot graduates with the competencies to be safe and highly effective in the performance of their duties by the use of evidence-based training principle.

These principles applies to new generation pilots, affecting ATOs as well as Airline Pilots (in this case we refer to EBT - Evidence Base Training)

This webinar will  introduce all the necessary information related to the implementation of the CBTA, EBT and the KSA 100 an the related applicable regulation, with possibilities of open discussions on the topic.
